Named after the Whiskey Rebellion of 1794, which happened in and around our hometown of Bedford and featured several visits by President George Washington, Rebellion Books opened in 2025 in a former antique store. The yellow brick house we now call home was originally built in 1897 and is one of approximately 50 independent bookstores located on the historic Lincoln Highway (US Route 30).
